An Example of My Calorie Intake to Lose Weight (from yesterday)

Hi all! Now that I’ve been talking about how to track and reduce calorie intake to lose weight, I need to show you an example of what my daily calorie intake to lose weight looks like:

Example of my daily calorie intake to lose weight.

Example of my daily calorie intake to lose weight.

On May 13th, my calorie intake to lose weight is as follows:

  • Lean Cuisine Chicken Alfredo (280 calories)
  • 4 wedges of watermelon (343.20 calories)
  • 1.5 cups raspberries (110.69 calories)
  • Lean Cuisine Broccoli Alfredo (300 calories)
  • Green Giant Frozen Cream Corn Kiblets (100 calories)
  • Skinny Cow ice-cream drumstick (150 calories)

For a total of 1283.90 calories on May 13th! …And it was lots of food, I never felt hungry!  That’s the cool part about the portion control aspect of STF… you just need to shift your mindset and then you can control how much and how often you eat…  STF shows you how!

Strip That Fat has taught me so much about calorie intake to lose weight. It is filled with great advice, like that your breakfast doesn’t have to be traditional breakfast food if you don’t want it to be!

I’m still not eating as healthily as I should be — as you can see, 3 of my food choices were microwaveable meals! — but I am achieving my goal of tracking and reducing calorie intake to lose weight!  Hubby gave me some grief over the microwavable stuff…

I have already lost 9 pounds in only 2 weeks!

My goal is to track calorie intake to lose weight to eat between 1200 and 1300 calories per day. I am 5′9 ft tall, so that will lead to me having my ideal body in no time!

Strip that Fat has taught me how to “do the math” with calorie intake to lose weight to ensure I will have my dream body quickly and easily!

Talk to y’all soon…..

D.
