<p>On May 13th, my calorie intake to lose weight is as follows:</p>

<li>1.5 cups raspberries (110.69 calories)</li>
<li>Lean Cuisine Broccoli Alfredo (300 calories)</li>
<li>Green Giant Frozen Cream Corn Kiblets (100 calories)</li>
<li>Skinny Cow ice-cream drumstick (150 calories)</li>
</ul>
<p>For a <strong>total of 1283.90</strong> calories on May 13th! &#8230;And it was lots of food, I never felt hungry!  That&#8217;s the cool part about the portion control aspect of STF&#8230; you just need to shift your mindset and then you can control how much and how often you eat&#8230;  STF shows you how!</p>

<p>I have already lost 9 pounds in only 2 weeks!</p>
<p>My goal is to track calorie intake to lose weight to eat between 1200 and 1300 calories per day. I am 5&#8242;9 ft tall, so that will lead to me having my ideal body in no time!      </p>

<p><span style="color: black; font-family: Verdana;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #888888;">I&#8217;m 29 years old&#8230;.. I would say that the topic of weight management has been a daily part of my life for about 21 of those 29 years. Sad, isn&#8217;t it? </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: black; font-family: Verdana;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #888888;">I was not a fat kid. I was not a scrawny kid. As a teenager I was a normal size, though already by junior high I was trying to drink as much diet coke as possible (to fill me up with zero calories), and excruciatingly aware of everything I ate&#8230;.. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: black; font-family: Verdana;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #888888;">By high school I was &#8212; <em><span style="font-family: Verdana;">though still not at all fat &#8211;</span></em> smoking cigarettes along with my diet coke in order to suppress my appetite, buying Dexatrim diet pills weekly at the local drug store, refusing to eat meat or cheese because it was fattening, and sporadically abusing laxatives in order to counteract my occasional pizza pop lunch at the school cafeteria.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: black; font-family: Verdana;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #888888;">When I started University, I fell classic victim to the &#8220;freshy fifteen&#8221;, except in my case it was more like &#8220;freshy thirty&#8221;! All of a sudden I found myself living on my own and able to eat all those &#8220;bad&#8221; foods that was she there, my mother would have given me grief for eating. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: black; font-family: Verdana;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #888888;">At 29 I realized that I&#8217;m really fat, and now I&#8217;m not so &#8220;hot&#8221; anymore. My sex drive has diminished. My confidence is gone. It&#8217;s time to get back on track&#8230;.. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: black; font-family: Verdana;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #888888;">I tried Herbal Magic. What a waste of money! All I got out of that was more guilt and a lot of aggravation as they called me at home, they called on my cell, and they called me at work. The more pressure they put on me to buy their magic pills and tell them what I ate, the more trips to McDonalds I made! Then I went back to the good &#8216;ol Weight Watchers route&#8230;&#8230; But something about that doesn&#8217;t sit right with me; I just can&#8217;t relate to all the 60 year old women in there&#8230;. I also have a job in which I work MANY hours and don&#8217;t find it easy to get out of the office in time to make meetings. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><span style="color: #888888;"><span style="font-size: small;">I realized I have to do this independently by reducing calorie intake to lose weight&#8230;. <p>I want to kick off this blog by writing about reducing <a title="Calorie Intake to Lose Weight" rel="calorie intake to lose weight" href="http://strip-that-fat-review.com/low-calorie-diets.php?cb=erennick&amp;tid=CITLP2A"><strong>calorie intake to lose weight</strong></a> and my hubby!</p>
<p>As I wrote in my first post, my husband has lost a lot of weight in the last 4 months.  Now, I&#8217;ll give you some background on my hubby&#8230;.  he was a hockey player growing up and was constantly skating&#8230;  hockey kept him in amazing shape, so up until he was 25, he could basically eat anything he wanted and get away with it&#8230;.</p>
<p>We graduated university in 2004, and he stopped skating and also stopped working as a consturction worker in the summer.  He moved on to an office job, and slowly but surely, he got consistently &#8216;pudgier&#8217; - it really started to bother him when he found himself at 245 lbs&#8230;  Here&#8217;s pics:</p>
