Reducing Calorie Intake to Lose Weight
Hi Everyone and Welcome Back!
I want to kick off this blog by writing about reducing calorie intake to lose weight and my hubby!
As I wrote in my first post, my husband has lost a lot of weight in the last 4 months. Now, I’ll give you some background on my hubby…. he was a hockey player growing up and was constantly skating… hockey kept him in amazing shape, so up until he was 25, he could basically eat anything he wanted and get away with it….
We graduated university in 2004, and he stopped skating and also stopped working as a consturction worker in the summer. He moved on to an office job, and slowly but surely, he got consistently ‘pudgier’ - it really started to bother him when he found himself at 245 lbs… Here’s pics:

So, he decided it was time to get off of his can and get back into shape…. this was 4 months ago. He began checking out his calorie intake to lose weight. If you can do some simple math, you can easily track your calorie intake to lose weight…… you just have to be quite careful and get some kind of online calorie tracking software to help…
We checked out a whole bunch of electronic calorie calculators, and calorie counting software, and we found what we believe is the best weight loss product on the market…. Strip That Fat. Check out this no nonsense review about calorie counting and Strip That Fat…. it’s worth the time….
Hubby began the program and had a bit of a difficult time adjusting to the diet at first - he was going from Pizza and Cheesburgers to Strawberries and lots of chicken dishes! It was tough, but he made it through and look at the results! He has lost 35 lbs!
I almost have my hockey hunk back, but there is still a bit of pudge that he is working on!

I found that losing weight is not that hard as anyone would think. It sure takes commitment and following a simple plan but the key element is persistance.
You need to monitor the calories, lose the junk food, sodas, sweets and do some physical exercises. I myself love dancing. And remember to use a fat burner to accelerate the fat metabolism.
